Shipping Method:
We use UPS Ground for our shipping within the United States
and Canada (on some items - send us an e-mail to check) and
USPS Priority Mail Inernational (2-3 weeks) for
international shipping, If you desire more rapid delivery
such as overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day
delivery for domestic shipping or other shipping methods for
international, please give us a call or send us an e-mail
and we can arranage that for you.
Shipping Cost:
We provide our customers with a unique feature that allows
you to calculate the shipping charges before entering any
personal information. After choosing your product and
adding the quantity to the shopping cart, simply enter your
zip code under checkout now in the shopping cart area on the
left hand side and press the button "calculate shipping". A
list of all available shipping methods and their costs will
be displayed. Please note that this feature is available
only for domestic shipment in US. International customers
need to check out and they will see the shipping cost prior
to the payment section.
Please note that the maximum weight limit of UPS Ground is
150 pounds per package. Shopping carts that include items
that are over 150 pounds will not be calculated in the
shipping calculator. Please give us a call and we will
calculate the shipping cost for you and will process your
order.
Delivery Time:
The average processing time for any order is 2-3 business
days from when your order was placed. For personalized
items, please allow an extra 5-7 business days for
processing. For a good estimate of how long an order will
take before it arrives to you, please add the order
processing time to the shipping method you have chosen.
Checkout Process:
In the checkout process, the system will prompt you with
login information. You can simply skip this by clicking on
NEW CUSTOMER and continue with your personal information
only in the fields defined with asterisk and continue
checking out by pressing next. If you would like the system
to recognize you next time you login or to be able to
track/view/manage your order, then you need to create a
customer account by typing in a username and a password
during the check out process.
